Pound Puppies was a popular toy line sold by Tonka in the 1980s. It later inspired an animated TV special, two animated TV series, and a feature film. Set includes 2 soft plush black & white dalmatian pups & 1 off white dalmatian pup with brown ears, & quilted red/tan "crate" with plastic sides & velcro closures. Crate measures approx 11" long x 7" wide x 4 1/4" tall. All 3 pups & crate is freshly laundered. Pup 1 is approx 7" long black/white with narrow red collar & has some spots that didn't wash out. Pup 2 is approx 7 1/2" long black/white with wide red collar & is clean, & Pup 3 is approx 8" long off white/cream with brown spots & no collar. Tags are unreadable due to washing. Great for the collector of pound puppies, fire department items, or collectors of dalmatian type items. Came from a collector of dalmatian items with proceeds going to our local rescue.
