Miller's Roma Equi-Fleece
Square fleece pad that opens completely on one end to allow large protector pad or riser pad to be inserted. Has Velcro closure(both parts) on open end, but only on one half, & looks like it came this way. Has stitched raised withers relief area in front but stitching has given way or been cut open, which allows a straight front pad to be inserted. Use this English or Western, either over a protector/riser pad, or alone, or use as a cover for another style square pad. Measures approx 31” long x 25” wide, but could be folded other way to make it 25" x 15 1/2". Tagged Miller's Roma Equi-Fleece, 90% polyester, 10% acrylic, machine washable. Clean, minor stains from saddle, some friction marks & wear, partial Velcro as described.

This Fleeceworks half pad provides lift where it's needed. Velcro closures in front allow removable front inserts(not included) to build up only where you need it to maintain optimum balance and contact. Velcro along spine allows riser pad insert(not included). Australian Merino sheepskin helps with heat and moisture management. Anatomically correct top line. Versatile, can be used with Close Contact, All Purpose and Dressage saddles. Stylish rolled edge. Measures approx 17 1/2” quilted area from inside fleece at withers to inside fleece at rear with overall length approx 21". Fleece underside is pristine & doesn't look like it was ever on a horse, fleece rear left side has 1 light smudge(see photo), fleece on right side tack stitched as it must have come undone & some quilted threads have come apart. Does Not come with any inserts. Cost approx $200 new.

The Ovation Half Pad is made with pure, natural sheepskin. The classic style has a quilted cotton top with natural fleece rolled edges and underside. This half pad provides lift where it's needed. There is no rolled edge under the rider's leg to give closer contact with your animal and less bulk under the leg. Pad is soft & comfortable, breathable and light, temperature balancing, draws away excess heat & moisture, easy to care for & hard wearing. Velcro tabs in front. Total Length 20", Width 18" (front), 15" (back), 16 1/2” front to back inside fleece roll . Fleece underside is in almost new condition although it is discolored from the black running into white, quilted top & fleece edges like new condition.

Nothing beats sheepskin fleece for cushion and comfort! The extreme density of the wool, combined with the upright position of the fibers, allows air flow between the fibers for excellent circulation, which provides superior padding and ideal pressure distribution. In addition, the design, which does not have any seams through the wool in the saddle panel area, eliminates rubbing, friction, chafing, pressure points and heat build-up on the horse's skin. Natural sheepskin allows no bounce, but provides extremely high sweat absorption, as its fibers are capable of absorbing eight times their own weight in moisture before it even begins to feel wet. Mattes pads are designed to be form fitting, and to endure the rigors of both riding and cleaning. You'll notice that the top line on all Mattes pads incorporate a high wither with an anatomically correct curvature. This design eliminates pinching or rubbing in the gullet area of the saddle, which can often be a result of the "straight" top lines found on other pads. You'll also notice the pommel area on every pad is overlapped with sheepskin. All Mattes pads are designed this way to ensure the pad stays in place and does not shift or slide. Quality back pad for sore backed horses. Tagged DR(Dressage) M, measures approx 21” at spine(18 1/2” inside fleece edging) with 10 1/2” drop. Excellent hardly used condition but billet straps have been removed. Costs over $200 new.

Toklat Foam Dressage Wedge Cushion Pad Foam Wedge Pad Shock Pad S Black

Toklat's Foam Cushions are made of a durable closed-cell foam that is designed to give added comfort & protection to both horse & rider by providing added shock absorption under the saddle. Place foam pad between your regular pad & the saddle; do not place the foam directly on the horse's back. Easy care: wipe with damp cloth & lay flat to dry. Use the Wedge Pad to raise the back of your saddle. It is 1/2" thick at the front of the pad, increasing to 1 1/2" in the back, with a beveled edge that tapers to the horse's back. 20” at longest point, 14 1/2” wide at widest point. Very similar to Cashel Cushion Wedge Pad. New with original paper, but bag was dirty & badly ripped, has 2 small scratches on bottom, & looks like something sat on this for awhile as there are some indents. They may come out or relax, but don't know for sure.

The Lami-Cell half pad features the classic look of Merino with the performance & comfort of a modern pad. The fleece lining reduces pressure points & wicks moisture while providing greater shock absorption than neoprene. The rolled edges on the front & back keep the pad in place along with Velcro billet straps, while the break in the rolled edge along the bottom of the pad ensures close contact between rider & horse.
