The material used is non stretch which prevents riding with uneven length stirrups. These synthetic leathers are weather proof and easy to clean, providing many years of use. Excellent like new condition, holes show NO wear, only a few tiny spots of rust starting on buckles. Brand unknown.

Brand unknown, looks like Wintec, has stainless steel buckle & is stamped only with 0907 140. Single stirrup leather, it has a few wear spots near holes(see photo) on back side & some light dirt. Great replacement for a missing leather.
