Good used condition except on back side of leathers, the black coating has peeled away from a few of the holes.

Fillis English Safety Stirrups Childs Peacock Safety Stirrups Irons 4"
Stainless Steel coated?
English safety stirrups that use peacock bands/rubbers that pop off in case of emergency to prevent foot becoming stuck in the stirrup in the event of being dragged. 4” tread. Brand unknown. Comes with new peacock bands with leather loops. These look like stainless but mildly react to magnet so many be stainless steel coated. Very slightly mismatched, but you have to look hard to see it.
